of Evolución Interior SL (aka Bein Travels)

1. Introduction

Evolución Interior SL B88212659 (“we,” “our,” “the Company”) is a wellness and personal-development retreat organization based in Spain. These Terms & Conditions govern the participation in our retreats, programs, events, and services (“Retreat Program(s)”).

By registering for a Retreat Program, the participant (“you,” “the Participant”) agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

The governing law is Spanish law, in alignment with relevant EU regulations.

2. Nature of Our Service (Important Legal Notice)

BeIn Travels organizes educational, personal-growth, wellness, and spiritual retreats.

We offer:

  • Teaching and workshops
  • Group experiences
  • Facilitation and guidance
  • Integration work
  • Accommodation and meals
  • Local logistics coordination
  • Local transportation related solely to retreat activities

We do NOT sell:

  • Flights
  • Tourist packages
  • Travel brokerage
  • Travel intermediation
  • Tourist excursions

3. Not a Travel Agency / Not a Tour Operator

In compliance with EU Directive 2015/2302 and Spanish consumer law:

BeIn Travels is not a travel agency and is not a tour operator.

We do not offer:

  • “Package holidays”
  • “Travel packages”
  • “Combined travel services”

We rent venues and facilities in our name, and participants attend our Retreat Programs at those venues.

All travel to and from the retreat location must be arranged independently by the Participant.

Participants acknowledge and agree that BeIn Travels cannot be held responsible for travel delays, flights, cancellations, airline issues, or any external transport complications.

4. Retreat Program Fee Structure

The Retreat Program Fee includes (unless stated otherwise):

  • Accommodation during the retreat (rented by us in our name)
  • Meals
  • Access to retreat facilities
  • Program content and facilitation
  • Group sessions, ceremonies, workshops, activities
  • Local logistical coordination
  • Local group transportation as part of the retreat itinerary

The fee does not include:

  • International or domestic flights
  • Airport transfers (unless explicitly stated)
  • Visas or travel documents
  • Travel or medical insurance
  • Personal purchases or extras not explicitly listed

5. Independent Contractors & Local Collaborators

We work with:

  • Local guides
  • Community leaders
  • Shamans / traditional practitioners
  • Facilitators
  • Drivers
  • Landowners
  • Retreat venues

These individuals and entities are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Evolución Interior SL

Evolución Interior SL, is not liable for actions, omissions, or treatments provided by independent collaborators, except when required by mandatory Spanish law.

6. Participant Responsibilities

Participants must:

  • Arrange their own flights and visas
  • Ensure they hold a valid passport for all destinations
  • Purchase adequate travel and health insurance
  • Disclose all relevant medical, physical, and psychological conditions
  • Follow safety instructions from facilitators
  • Respect local laws, customs, and cultural norms
  • Sign all required health declarations and liability waivers

Failure to comply may result in removal from the retreat without refund.

7. Health, Risk, and Medical Disclaimer

Participation in retreats may include:

  • Emotional processes
  • Physical activities
  • Ceremonial or ancestral practices
  • Outdoor activities
  • Travel in remote environments
  • Discomfort or challenging experiences
  • Group dynamics that may evoke psychological reactions

By registering, you acknowledge that:

  • You participate voluntarily
  • You are physically and mentally capable of participating
  • You accept full responsibility for your health and wellbeing
  • You understand the risks inherent to spiritual, emotional, and physical retreat activities
  • You must seek medical advice before participating if needed

BeIn Travels does not provide medical diagnoses or psychological treatment.

8. Liability Waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evolución Interior SL shall not be liable for:

  • Accidents or injuries
  • Loss or theft of personal items
  • Emotional distress
  • Medical conditions triggered during the retreat
  • Damage or loss caused by third parties
  • Political or environmental events in the host country
  • Travel delays, cancellations, or missed flights

Participants must sign the Retreat Participant Liability Waiver separately.

9. Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Retreat Program Fees must be paid according to the payment schedule.

Refund policies vary per retreat and are always clearly stated on the checkout or information page.

Retreat fees are generally non-refundable, except in cases where:

  • A retreat is cancelled by BeIn Travels
  • A participant exercises rights under applicable consumer law (where applicable)

Please note: “Leisure activities for specific dates” are exempt from the EU 14-day withdrawal rule.

10. Force Majeure

Evolución Interior SL, is not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by:

  • Natural disasters
  • Political instability
  • Government restrictions
  • Epidemics
  • Weather conditions
  • Airline disruptions
  • Any cause beyond our control

If a retreat cannot proceed due to force majeure, the participant will be offered:

  • A credit for future retreats, or
  • A rescheduled date

Refunds may not be available unless explicitly stated.

11. Participant Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any participant who:

  • Disrupts the retreat
  • Harms others or risks their safety
  • Violates local laws
  • Behaves inappropriately
  • Fails to respect instructions

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain.

  • I assume full responsibility for any injury, illness, or psychological reaction
  • I release BeIn Travels and its facilitators from liability (except for gross negligence)

I understand that BeIn Travels:

  • Is not a travel agency
  • Does not provide medical services
  • Works with independent collaborators abroad

5. HEALTH DECLARATION

  • I am physically and mentally able to participate
  • I have no undisclosed medical conditions
  • I am not under the influence of substances
  • I take full responsibility for managing my health during the retreat
  • I will follow facilitator safety instructions at all times

6. INFORMED CONSENT (Retreat)

Informed Consent for Participation

I understand that the retreat may involve:

  • Emotional processes
  • Group dynamics
  • Physical activity
  • Outdoor exposure
  • Traditional/ancestral practices
  • Challenging experiences

I consent to participate, understanding its nature and risks.

7. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT (for facilitators abroad)

Independent Contractor Agreement

Between:

BeIn Travels (Spain)

and

[Facilitator / Provider Name] (“Contractor”)

The Contractor agrees to:

  • Provide facilitation, logistical support, cultural guidance, or venue services
  • Act independently, not as an employee
  • Hold necessary local permits (if required)
  • Comply with local law
  • Provide safe services
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding participants

BeIn Travels agrees to:

  • Pay the Contractor as agreed
  • Provide retreat schedule and requirements
  • Coordinate logistics

Liability

The Contractor is fully responsible for their actions. BeIn Travels is not liable for Contractor negligence or misconduct.

8. WEBSITE DISCLAIMERS
